I can not say enough great things about Joseph Tomlinson. We had to have our septic system dug up, and they had to find the exact cause of it backing up. Joseph knew exactly where to look and how to fix it, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any septic issues. Very knowledgeable, respectful, straightforward, and honest. He will be the reason that we continue using this company for our plumbing needs.

Seth from Mr. Rooter came out to our house on Saturday. He was prompt and very professional. Did an excellent job and fixed several problems, and thankfully stopped the leaking into our basement! I have used Mr. Rooter before, and they have been great every time. Thanks, Seth! Brett R.

Austin communicated very well throughout the entire process. He came out to check out a toilet and was courteous and knowledgeable about the issue. He even offered to bring a package inside for us as we were not home! Definitely recommend!

I had one plumbing company that came out, and walked away from the job, because they had to go in the tank to change a pump out. At this point i had to get someone ASAP. I called Mr. Rooter and had Joseph come out to give a quote, and he came the next day. Great service, and he wanted to make sure I was happy. Great guy, I highly recommend Joe.

I hired Mr. Rooter to do a septic and plumbing inspection of a home we are purchasing. Tommy was very professional, informative, and went above and beyond to troubleshoot issues and make sure we knew all of our options for repairs. He was also very friendly! When a past septic pumping had broken a pipe, the repair was crazy!   Didn’t find out until now, but our repairman worked hard and showed us what had happened. Showed us what was going to happen.  Now all of it works just great, and we appreciate it. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had to get our septic tank pumped today, and Joseph was fantastic. He answered my many questions, discussed options for field line placement, and kept me informed every step of the way. Joseph T and his helper, Lamar, did an excellent job at my house. I had a main water line break, and I also replaced all of my galvanized pipes with PEX. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I appreciate the great service and I would recommend them to anyone!

This was by far the most responsive home service that I’ve ever had. Joseph Tomlinson was extremely considerate of my time and worked to fit my schedule. He was professional in the way he diagnosed a leak. We had a difficult situation and he was adaptable and able to solve the problem. Mr. Rooter was prompt to show up and give an estimate. The office was pleasant and professional to answer questions about the project. Tommy Butler was the technician assigned to our job. He showed up as promised, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained 'what and why' about the project. Tommy bent over backwards to help in every part of our sewer line replacement. Austin came out today and got us back to work quickly and professionally. I didn't even call Mr Rooter until 9:30pm Thursday night, and they were here by 10:00am the next morning. Wonderful people to work with. Austin explained everything in detail about the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience! We had a small water leak in the ground. We called about 10am on a Monday morning and they were out at our house by 11:30am. Plumber was very friendly and prices were fair. We will use them again for sure…but hopefully not to soon. ?

The service could not have been more professional or easy to obtain. The General Manager was courteous and professional. He immediately identified our problem and was out the door in under half an hour. He even offered to do some cleanup work (very small) that I planned on saving for my kids to do. I can’t recommend their services highly enough.

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter and specifically with their technician Joseph Thomlinson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of many questions. Septic tank issues are never pleasant, but Mr Rooter made what could have been a really bad situation a whole lot better! My sump pump was fixed the same day!

Justin and his crew were so friendly. They were honest and explained things to me about my septic tank. They did what they said and it was a good experience from start to finish. I really can’t say enough because I am a stay at home mom and sometimes men do not take women seriously in situations like this. I would call and ask for them if I ever need anything else!

Jesse came out to give me a quote on jetting my septic lines. Very professional and told me the way my system was set up that jetting would not solve my problem. I had already found a septic line replacement contractor and Jesse was very helpful that I knew what to watch for to be sure it was done correctly!  I'll be sure to call Mr. Rooter the next time I need plumbing repairs.

On Labor Day I called Mr.Rooter to fix a shower drain. Joseph was at the house within an hour! He was courteous and professional. He was even careful not to leave tools or hardware laying somewhere where my children might find them and get hurt. We appreciate his attention to detail and now we have a working shower!! Great work!

Had a late night call with a neglected septic tank, Joseph Tomlinson came out that night and did everything he could to make sure we had a way to flush toilets and wash that night. he came out early before his next scheduled  job to take care of us and pumped it the next day. He was honest, hard working and very upfront about prices and wanted to ensure you were knowledgeable about the problem and what you were paying for. We had a sudden back up of our septic tank and we called Mr. Rooter.  They couldn't come out the same day b/c it was a Sunday which we completely understood but they came out the next day, Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running in a matter of hours.  We were not expecting that given that they are probably slammed on Mondays with things happening over the weekend.  They even got our septic tank lid up to code with a fitted cap for future service.  They were very professional and accommodating and we are very happy with the fast service.  I'm sure everyone feels like it's an "emergency" when this happens, but they treated us like we were the priority and we felt like that was the case even though they were probably really busy.  We are thankful for their help and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Joe Tomlinson and his crew were phenomenal! We purchased our home in April and had our first panic moment when my drains and shower started backing up last night! We quickly learned we needed our septic tank pumped immediately! Joe and Harold were at our home within the hour! We could not be happier with the service we received from these guys! 10 out of 10 I would recommend them all day every day!!!

They responded quickly to my call and provided estimates for possible scenarios to repair my septic system. Mr. Rooter's courteous employees provided next day turn around on a full field line replacement. They also helped to replace retaining walls that had been removed.  I was impressed with their professionalism and completely trusted their recommendations.

Had Mr. Rooter out for no working bathrooms. They were promote and very knowledgeable. Joseph Tomlinson was able to restore my bathrooms to working order. They were very professional and cleaned up around the clean out before they left.

Great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Chattanooga. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The technician was respectful of our property and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find service companies that take this much pride in their work anymore. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable plumber in the Chattanooga area.
